1. 个人简介:
伍晓斌,博士,教授,博士生导师,上海师范大学食品学科带头人和专业负责人。2005年获得中国科学院微生物研究所生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。研究领域集中在分子营养、食品安全以及重金属离子代谢。近年来在Mol Aspects Med,Antioxid Redox Signal,J Biol Chem,LWT-Food Science & Technology,Metallomics等期刊以通讯作者或第一作者发表SCI论文多篇。应邀为 BMC genomics, Metallomics等国际期刊审稿百余篇次。主持多项国家省市基金。

2008/2-2014/12:美国内布拉斯加林肯大学,生化系,Senior researcher。
2006/1-2008/1: 西班牙INBIOTEC研究所,博士后。
