2. 主要研究方向:
[1]陆生植物孢子发生机制
陆生植物减数分裂产生孢子。孢子经由空气介导传播,是植物能够在陆地环境生存和繁衍的必要结构。研究孢子发生的机制是解析植物演化和对陆地环境适应过程的重要组成部分。种子植物的小孢子又被称为花粉,其发育过程对于杂交育种至关重要,在农业生产上有极大的研究价值。
[2]作物花粉抗逆机理
高温、干旱等极端天气严重损害水稻、玉米等风媒传粉作物的花粉活力,严重威胁国家粮食安全。通过深入研究花粉抗性物质的种类和合成途径,有望提高主粮作物花粉的对高温、紫外线等逆境的抵抗力。
