李晶博士,副教授,生物与化学/生物与医药专业硕士导师,2021年入选上海市“浦江人才”。主要从事药品、食品、化妆品的分析检测;植物活性成分的结构与功能、构效关系、作用机制,以及糖类创新食品和药物研究。在国际期刊上发表SCI论文二十余篇。
