1. 个人简介：
殷子为，男，中共党员，研究生/博士，研究员，硕士/博士研究生导师，动物学硕士点负责人，入选斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（2023~2025，年度科学影响力排行榜）。
长期从事昆虫系统分类学基础研究，擅长综合运用经典分类学、支序系统学、生物地理学和古生物学的方法阐明特定昆虫类群的生物多样性、区系特点、地理分布格局、系统发育关系和早期形态演化。从事昆虫学研究以来，累计建立、描述现生隐翅虫科（Staphylinidae）26新属620余新种、绝灭隐翅虫科13新属30余新种，极大丰富了我国及周边地区该类群区系；还对缺翅目（Zoraptera）开展研究，描述缺翅虫现生新种2种、绝灭新种3种，丰富了古今世界缺翅虫区系和生物地理。迄今共出版昆虫分类学专著4部，发表学术论文248篇，含ESI高被引论文1篇。
